Meeting
We discuss details such as your desired product image and contents, secondary processing, budget, required quantity and schedule. We can also propose sustainable packaging. We have sales offices in Shanghai and Guangzhou, and we also have a showroom where you can see actual products. We can also arrange samples of products of interest.
Sample confirmation
After samples have been received, please check the appearance, usability and fill them with the target contents. If the result is different from the desired product image, we will offer alternative options. Once a container has been found that meets your needs, our sales department will prepare a quotation.
Finish discussion
Customization is possible according to the customer’s requests. Coloring, printing and material of standard containers can be customized. If you want to color the container, please provide a color sample. If you would like to print on the container, please present the design data. Depending on the design, we will make a proposal for realizing the image such as printing (silkscreen/ pad), hot stamping, vacuum metallization, coating, shrink film, labelling and so on.
Pre-production sample
With trial production, we will produce an actual bottle according to the design image. This is the final confirmation before the final production. Charges may apply for trial production before confirmed orders have been placed.
Approval samples
With the pre-production sample, the customer will verify and evaluate the usability of the trial product. After this final confirmation, approval samples are submitted by the customer for Quality Assurance purposes.
Order confirmation
The details of the quotation are confirmed and a purchase order is placed.
Production follow mass production / finial detials
Final production is commenced.
