ACT Promo Company website is owned and operated by ACT Promo.
Orders will be checked, processed and confirmed. You must verify that all the details on the confirmation are correct and that our service meets your requirements.
You will receive an invoice by email. Once full payment has been made your order will be processed, unless alternative terms have been agreed in advance. We accept all major credit cards (subject to 3% transaction fee), BACS transfers (bank details for ACT Promo can be found on the invoice) and cheques.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
All prices exclude VAT and delivery.
Delivery is usually within 10 to 14 working days of receipt of approved artwork, however large orders may take longer.
Packing and Transport
Goods will be packed securely before dispatch. ACT Promo. are not liable for any delay, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our premises. Claims for damage while in transit should be made upon the carriers delivering the goods immediately on receipt. Unless written notification of any complaint is made to ACT Promo. within 7 days of receipt we will be unable to accept liability.
Loss or Damage
ACT Promo. are not responsible for any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever in respect of any article entrusted to us for any purpose whatsoever. Customers should be aware that carriers cannot always guarantee delivery by a certain time. ACT Promo’s own transport can be used when timing is critical. The cost of this service can be obtained by contacting ACT Promo.
ACT Promo. will endeavor to match color to any proofs supplied, but do not accept responsibility for color correcting any files or scans supplied to us as RIP ready. An additional charge will be made for color correction. Artwork should be supplied in accordance with the supplied technical specifications.
Please allow a 10% variation between the mock up and the actual product, this can include slight changes to the shape, colour and artwork printing.
Once your products have been printed, no further modifications or additions can be made to the logo – please make sure that you examine and proofread all the samples before you approve. No returns or refunds are offered on customised merchandise.. All products carry warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a complaint, all relevant work must be returned to ACT Promo. within 14 days with a written explanation of the reason for return. No responsibility for errors will be considered by ACT Promo. unless a written order was originally supplied. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Cancellation can only be made before an order proceeds to printing. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to ACT Promo. via Fax or Post.
Goods will be stored in our factory in China or our office in the US for up to 3 months. Unless agreed in advance and confirmed in writing, ACT Promo. reserve the right to dispose of such goods after this period has expired.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
